Jennifer has been working with people with a disability for 20 years. She assists people with a wide range of disabilities, from high support needs to physical, intellectual, mental health, and neurodivergent. jennifer strives to embrace people's voices and support them to live their best life. She has been involved in foster care for 20 years and currently studying Psychology with an interest in trauma and behaviour Support.

Jason has been a Youth worker for over 20 years with experience in complex behaviors of concern, trauma, and family violence.
He enjoys assisting young people in camps and has supported both adolescents and adults who experience mental health.
He enjoys supporting people to develop their independence and personal growth.
